Hi @fijou,
Welcome to the community,
I am really sorry to hear about this. In this case, you may need to run a software repair, as it seems that the update may not have installed correctly. However before doing that I suggest backing up the handset using Xperia Companion, see the instructions below.
software repair using Xperia Companion
Let me know how you get on.
Hi Im Elaine from UAE.
Im having the same problem with the above story. After it was updated to marshmallow its not woking well, always "android process stop" "sd card accidentally remove".
What should I do with this? thank you
Hi I already did what you said on the instruction. But still now after restoring all my apps and data still coming "SD card unexpected remove".
This is not good. How I can finish this matter?
Sorry to hear that, it may be a good idea to backup your SD card to a computer and then format it, this will wipe all the data and may resolve the issues you have with it.
Let me know how you get on.
Hi,
I realized the upgraded to marshmallow and now I have shutdowns, the phone can´t stay ON for more of 15 or 20 minutes, I have already realized the software repair with Xperia Companion but the phone continues with the shutdowns, inclusive I restore the device to factory settings, but follow with the issue.
What else I can do?
Regards!!
