problem with new camera

received cybershot dsc-w350 as a present took a few pictures to test it now there is no picture on screen when camera is on but all the features still work. can anyone help me.

I am sorry to say that I believe the camera to be faulty.  if you follow the link below, add your cameras model number into the search box, it will then explain how best to get it repaired.

You may try a different memory card. The one you are using might be faulty
