My PRS 650 is frozen on a page in a book.  Pressing the reset and using the power button hasn't cured anything. There is no red/green light or anything.  What can I do next?

Hi  I would advise you check it is fully charged, if the Reader is left on, it can be fully discharged with the last image on the screen.
