Is ePSXe and the BIOS that comes with it legal from www.epsxe.com?
I thought that I could download the emulator and if I own my own Playstation 1 game then it would be legal.
Today I wanted to make sure it was legal so I went and checked again on some forums. Turns out that ePSXe comes with a BIOS and that distributing a PS1 BIOS is against the law. So I am wondering if they are legally allowed to do what they are doing.
I have deleted the software that they have given me until I get an answer.
If I cannot play the Spyro game on my PC that way, how can I stream the game on Twitch legally?
