The day after registering my new Sony DVD player on sony-europe.com I received a text on my personal mobile from +447983179744 telling me I had won $1 million and to send code SONY03 with my personal details to promo2015@sonyfdt.com. Clearly the Sony web security has been hacked and I would recommend nobody to register any Sony product on the Sony-europe web site. I have posted this here becasue the Sony web site seems to have no place to make such serious complaints. I shall be reporting this to the Information Commissioner at casework@ico.org.uk
