Yes you can. It is just not conveniant/pretty.
Since you have an Audio In (mini jack) on the front of your CMT-MX750NI. You can use it to connect your PS3 using the RCA audio cable. You just need to buy a minijack-RCA female cable and there you go! (you have to set up the analog audio out in teh options too)
