problem connecting vtunner to cmt-mx700ni

I bought a Sony CMT-MX700N1,

it's perfectly woring except for MUSIC SERVICE (no service)

I've tried it. I think this problem don't depend on me, cause many people result notice that.

Is anybody out there that could say if music service works in its device?
