Bought a CMT-MX550i (new) on saturday, arrived today. Remote is useless.
Is there a fault with the remote RM-AMU009? The remote control does not work whatsoever:
* The batteries are new
* They are in the right way
* I have 'reset' the remote by removing and pressing each button twice
Is this common? Am I missing a trick that is not in the manual?
