Hi, my unit has topped reading blue rays. It has been temperamental for a while but would eventually play them but now , nothing. No problems with DVD or CD. Have tried resetting the system, software is up to date, unplugged etc, but no joy.
An old post on a different model suggested that the blue ray laser pick up had to be replaced. May be a silly question but if that was faulty, wouldn't it affect the playback of the other formats?
Any advice appreciated.
