XF9000 lip sync

Hi I have noticed on my xf9000 that the lip sync is slightly out to the picture is there any way to fix this or is there going to be a update to fix the issue. 😊  I also use the Sony 43xg8396 TV using ARC to link sound bar.

Please give us more information on how your setup is connected, on which content you notice lip sync and if you use any of the setting available on the tv or the soundbar to adjust the synchronization between the two

There should be an option to synchronize A/V also on the TV .. is it enabled? try in any case to switch it on/off to see if it changes something

Hi can't see any AV setting on TV settings. And as said sound bar AV makes sound more out of sync.

My mistake it's an option only for bluetooth devices. Are you able to measure how much is the delay using a test you may find in YouTube?
