Long press on home screen

Go to home settings.

Uncheck "enable swipe up"

Your home button should now be back

Hi @Oscar67, welcome to our forum!

As @Viridis wrote, there is an option in the Xperia Home settings to disable the Apps button and replace it with a swiping gesture to access the application drawer in your device.

To enable the Apps button again, please follow the instructions given by @Viridis!
