How do i anable my contacts app after disabling it

Hi @Lebo123, welcome to our forum!

As far as I know, the contact application can't be disabled in the device, have you perhaps denied some permissions for the application? You can the permissions if you go to Settings > Apps > Contacts > Permissions. Make sure that all of them are enabled so you can add, edit and remove contacts.
