Magnetic car holder locks the phone.

When I put the phone on a magnetic car holder it turn to sleep. Buttons don't act. It' seems to me, the phone acts like in the cover with magnetic lock. 

How can I turn off this feature?

I'm having the same issue with XA2 Ultra. Sony screwed up not putting the disable magnetic cover in the menu like every other phone has. I'm changing phones instead. Too many small issues.
