Memory card and interal memory full

Hi,

Can someone please help me? 

I have a SD card in my Xperia L1 and my phones still saying memory full, the sd card isn't! 

I've transfered images across to it but says there's nothing else to transfer over to it?!

Same problem here. Anyone out there? I have been able to transfer some items in the past but now nothing can be transferred.
