In my status bar top left there are icons showing that I cannot identify in the user guide which does suggest the published list may not show all. My device is fully updated so how can I discover what they apply to? I am trying to take a screen shot to illustrate but having difficulty, will keep trying.

Hi @MixPix!
If the icons are to the left in the status bar, there are not system icons and are mostly from downloaded applications, but there are some exceptions. System icons are always to the right in the status bar, for example, battery level, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and so forth.
Most of the time it's pretty easy to see which application the icons belongs to by just dragging down the notification bar and having a look at the icon next to the notifications.
A normal screenshot (power button > Take screenshot) will display the status/notification bar, however if you drag it down, you will need to use power button + volume down at the same time to take the screenshot.
A screenshot would help, but if I haven't used the application myself, it can be hard for me to know exactly what it means, but we can always try!

Thanks. The problem is I cannot get the image/screenshot to show on my iMac computer. I guess I am not selecting the shot as instructed but cannot figure out how to do this. I only have two images on my device, one on the phone's memory and one on sd card. Basically I would like to see a small gallery image of either one to select but all I see is the screenshot on the 'phone like a wallpaper. Sorry but I'm new to the 'phone and trying to understand it all. More help please.
Edit: I now have managed to open my gallery and select the image (yellow frame) I want send but the computer says my phone is locked. How can that be when I am using it?
Edit 2: I now see the gallery but when I try to locate the screenshot on my Mac all I see is one photo I took an hour ago with the phone but not my screenshots which I have now taken 2. Why is it so complicated? Are the screenshots a different format to the photo?
Hi again @MixPix!
You can login in to our forum in the web browser of the device if you like and upload the picture that way.
The device needs to be unlocked, otherwise the computer will not be able to access the files on it, due to security reasons.
The screenshots are saved in a different place in the device and not in the same folder as normal photos (Pictures > screenshot and photos are saved in DCIM > 100ANDRO). The format is also a bit different.
