Unknown icon in my status bar

The red marked icon in my new xperia M2. What is the meaning of this icon??? & how can i remove it?Please reply....

I went through a M2 dual, as I understand you have the dual version right?

There is no hearing aid settings.

Did you try booting into safe mode? I think this must be somehow forced by some third party app.

But how can a 3rd party app leave notifications where system apps leave?

I've tried going into safe mode..
already restored but when I restarted again.. 😐

I had the same problem on my Xperia Z2 . the icon is removed , thank you
