c903 - factory reset

Hi,

recently my c903 is playing weird as the contacts are showing wrong phone numbers also the camera is playing up. I checked the software and pc companion (and also from the phone menu) says its updated. At this stage, I want to do a "factory reset" to see if things improve.

Could anyone please let me know how to do that. and also how do I back up my contacts?

Main menu--Settings--General--Master reset.This will wipe the phone memory, so you need to back up your phone data on PC (by File Transfer) and/or using PC companion and/or My Phone Explorer (in PC/Phone USB mode) and/or the memory card.
