video call not supported

Recently I bought Xperia Neo V.. I was very dissapointed after knowing that it does,nt support video calls.,i see the futures before purchase it shows video calls supported. But very surprised that my phone does'nt support the same. Please let me know if there is any software update for the support of video calls provided by SE.. It would be very helpful for all SE customers.

that's a tricky question, it does support video calls with either wifi or data plan, it does NOT support over 3G (non data videocalls)

there is only TWO android phones that can do that, the Samsung Galaxy SI and SII, but Android doesn't support that, its something that must be added
