my phone is not responding i cant turn on the phone

I started with pc companion to upgrade my sony xperia s from 3.73 to 3.75 and it says some eror and try again after that i safley remove the usb and now i cant do anything on my phone it starts sony mark and than some triаngle with " ! " sign please help me, also now i cant connect my phone with pc companion

do you know something about this : 3.75 i thought it would be android 4 ics but it is still android 2.3.7 when will be ics update ?

hey dime, how is your phone working? how about the camera?

it works great no problems with camera and good quality, also the 3D pictures are very good when i conect to 3D tv
