Hello! Today, my mom's Sony Xperia J (ST26i) froze while looking at Messenger, so she took out and put back the battery, and the phone doesn't start up since then. It is stuck on the "Xperia" logo. It vibrates the second time, and the touch buttons light up, but it doesn't go any further than this. Now, is there a way to get the contacts from the phone, as there are many important ones in there? It would be really, really important to get these. Also the messages, and some pictures. Is there any way, or is it all gone?
