Transferring contacts from Nokia N86 to Xperia U

Hi, I am trying to do the above, but Sony PC Companion does not seem to recognise my N86, is there an easy way to transfer contacts?

How about tranferring via Bluetooth from one phone to the other, or via SIM card, or via memory card, if compatible?
