3d from USB

WHen watching a 3d movie on my Sony Bravia  from a USB stick I can't change it from side by side to over and under anyone know how to do this?

Hi you need to ensure the video is in HD, 1080 or 720 not anything in between

it says its in 1080p is this the problem , its as if my tv doesnt recognise its a 3D file

on your remote press the 3D button repeatedly till you reach the option you want.
