I often use my Bravia to wake up to, using the ON timer. However if the set switches on into Ch50, the BBC HD channel, there is a noticeable and annoying lip sync issue. If however I switch on to an SD channel and then manually change to ch50, there is no lip sync issue.
Has anyone else noticed this?
I wondered if it was to do with the fact that the tv is unresponsive for a while after switch-on whilst waiting for the attached HDD to come ready, and this causes the HD to become unsynced.
Not the end of the world, unlike the appalling 3d performance of this set, but annoying nonetheless.
