Frustrated - have tried to retune Freesat channels on my TV but keep getting duplicate channels. A TV Engineer explained how he had cleared the problem by removing the TV aerial and retuning, he said he then put the aerial back into the TV and retuned again and that cleared the problem. Since he has been I have had to retune again due to new and changed channels now I am getting duplicate channels again! What am I doing wrong? I have even done a manual retune and I still can't clear the problem!
