Does anyone know how to register a second hand media player, tried to do it on line, wouldn't let me. Customer support phone number not recognised. Help

Just a small addition to Thalamus's point.

Depends what you are trying to do with the device - the only service that needs to be registered is Lovefilm. If you need to get the device registration details switched to use this service, its a slightly different number - details are below
