Storing channels

After rescanning my KDL-32S3000 tv yesterday my channels will not store.  I have rescanned plenty of times and it has never happened before. It picks up all the channels on the scan, just doesn't store them. Can any one help?

Have you tried leaving it unplugged for 5 minutes to power cycle it, then try again?

Have you resolved this as I have the same problem with my DVD player ?
