I'm afraid the answer is no. Digital TV coding is quite different from Europe to US so you won't be able to access TV channel via the internal DVB-T decoder. Of course you should be able to purchase a decoder in the US (or a cable one) and connect it to your TV. I have a friend of mine that did the opposite and, at the end, decided to purchase a new TV instead of buying new decoder and power adapter (in the US the voltage is 110)!
