upgrade naar windows 10 pro error 0xc1900101-20017

upgraded Vaio VPCF13ME1 from Windows 7 PRO to Windows 10 Pro using supplied Microsoft

upgrade before 30 july 2016 and a version from DVD.

All upgrades fail with error 0XC1900101 - 0X20017 with text installation failed in phase SAFE_OS with error during BOOT - processing

Anybody in this area having a solution (found lots of same problem on the internet but none to solve my problem).
