Can you explain more? What do you mean by it doesn't open? Are there error messages?
If the drivers are up to date and this issue happens with all discs, I'd recommend performing a recovery using these steps I found online:
a. Ensure your VAIO is connected to the AC power source.
b. Shutdown your VAIO fully.
c. Press ASSIST or F10 button repeatedly which is located above the keyboard of your VAIO.
d. When the VAIO Care Rescue software is fully loaded select Start Recovery Wizard option.
e. You will be asked if you want to rescue your data.
• If your data is not backed up, you can select "Yes" and follow instructions on the screen to back them up on a DVD or on an external hard drive.
• If your data is already backed up, select "Skip Rescue" option, put a tick next to "I'm sure" and click on Start Recovery.
