GigaPocket/PCV-W1 Problems.

Has anyone experienced sound /vision syncronisation problems using GigaPocket?

Just to say the unit went back to Sony, they repaired the problem and its OK now - BUT I have another problem and its going back again!!

This is starting to sound typical of Sony Support these days.
