HI Speed USB non- HI Speed hub message

I am using a 128MB Flashdrive on my V505DP VAIO. Most times when I plug it in I get a message saying 'a HI Speed USB device plugged into a non-HI Speed USB Hub' Sometimes it does not show the message. What can I do to stop this error?

Are you plugging into the same port every time? I understand that laptops currently have both Hi & Lo speed USB ports - presumably the Lo speed will disappear over time

Get the TweakXP program (google be your friend) and there you have an option saying: disable ballon messages *hint*
