MZ-RH1 to work with windows 7 64bit

Is there a way of getting an MZ-RH1 to work with Windows 7  64 bit easily ?

I think it will work as long as you have a driver installer for Windows 7 64-bit.

Thanks but I've downloaded what I think is the driver and have a folder NET760MD with NET760MD.SYS within it. What do I do next? I was expecting a zip file to extract all and run.
