Need help with Roxio

I need to have rcpcore.msi file in order that the Roxio inside my computer works.

When I bought my vio it was working fine. Today I tried to copy my folders to a disc. Then a notice came up saying it needs rcpcore.msi in order the program Roxio works. I wonder how can I get this file?

I have Roxio Easy Media Creator 10LJ.

Not sure what model you have but you may be able to re-install Roxio using the Vaio Recovery utility..

The guide below may help but if not let us know your model hopefully we can give you a more accurate guide..

1 Launch VAIO Recovery Center

2 Select Reinstall Programs or Drivers and click Start.

3 Read the information about software or features to resolve the problems,

select Skip if you have already tried all of them, and click Next.

4 Click Next.

5 Select the desired software or software driver check box and click Next.

6 Follow the on-screen instructions.
