How do i get the webcam, volume button on laptop panel and other short cut keys to functions on my Sony SR51MF after carrying out a clean install of Windows 7?
I dont have a set of recovery discs since my h/drive crashed, I never got around to burning a set and Im not prepared to pay Sony £44 for a set since thats what Vaio Support quoted me
I looked on the download page of the Support Website for the appropriate drivers for my model but couldnt see any that related to these functions
Any assistance would be appreciated

The Fn and other keys are driven by the Sony Utilities. You need to install IN ORDER: -
1. Sony Shared Library
2. Setting Utility Series
3. SFEP Driver (if not already installed)
4. Vaio Event Service
You can download the originals from here: -
http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/downloads/preinstalled/index.aspx?l=en_GB&m=VGN-SR51MF_S
... BUT there are updates to be installed under the 'UPDATES' Tab.
I think the camera uses generic Windows drivers and should be useable once activated.
