problem on my hard drive of my Sony laptop

Dear all,

I have encountered a problem in hard driver of my VGN NW21SF sony laptop which was bought 7 months ago from an agent in Malta. What I would like to ask is, Does the Sony guarantee apply in problem with hard driver of the laptop or only with software???

I guess it would depend on what the problem is with the HDD, best option is to contact Vaio support and discuss your problem with them..:smileywink:

To find contact details for Sony Vaio support..

Open Vaio support, either by clicking Support at the top of this page or use the following link:Vaio support

Under Log-in option 1: Enter yor vaio's serial number.

Then click Log-In

Once logged select Get In Touch
