I have had this laptop for many years and it has generally been very good
it has a Radeon hd7500m/7600m series graphics card
It recently started freezing the screen
This occasionaly and then more frequently caused the laptop to shut down
it then developed into a situation where it wouldnt restart
I eventually managed to delete the graphics card
it now apears to be operating on the microsoft basic display adapter
which has allowed it to restart but the graphics are not operating as they should
when i tried to install the correct drivers the machine failed again and i had to repeat the process
i have read that you may need to update the intel drivers as well as the graphics drivers
anybody had this issue and know a solution?

Which version of Windows are you running?
Have you tried installing the most recent AMD Graphics driver(16 Oct 2013) from the downloads list for your model here:-
