Volume Control Not Working

Hi there,

I have just bought a new Vaio GRT916Z yesterday and the volume control keys do not work either from using the ones below the touchpad or using the Fn + F4 key. The other Function related keys for brightness and hibernation work.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this.

Sorry. Just saw the post that advised running Utils.exe in the C:\Utils directory that solved the problem. Thanks for that.
