Where can i find the windows 8 graphics driver for a Sony Vaio VPCSA3T9E

The graphics card is an AMD Radeon. I have reinstalled the driver several times as windows asked me to do it when i installed, but know i try accessing apps e.g(Netflix) on my computer and it tells me i should check for the latest driver.

Any suggestions anyone?

Hi acarlisle28.

The VPCSA Series of Vaios have a special Hybrid Driver which controls the switching to and from Speed and Stamina Modes.  This is a combined Intel HD 3000 and AMD HD6630M driver.

The bad news is that it will probably take Sony some time to release a Windows 8 Hybrid Driver.

If you just intend to use the AMD Radeon graphics, you could (at your own risk) search the current Windows 8 Vaios for a compatible driver.  The only one I can find is for the HD 7650M on the SVE1512 series Vaios.  I am not sure if the installer supports older cards.

The Windows 8 versions of the SVS13 series have reverted to the nVidia driver.

It is always a bit frustrating trying to upgrade before drivers become available - usually best to wait.
