Can't check my warranty status

I want to see if my 1 free year of extra warranty has been added to my WH-ULT900N headphones. The web site just asks me to log in again and displays the same options. It does this in a loop.

 

Please advise.

@habler Sometimes its related to the browser. I would suggest to clear cached data and cookies and also try different browsers.
