Noise cancelling issue

When I speak with my headphones on, they disable noise cancelling and it’s starting to annoy me, is there a way to fix it?

Hey @arc371, which headphones model have you got? and are you referring to phone calls? As the noise cancellation feature doesn't work with phone calls I'm afraid 😞
