Ads are usually a part of downloaded applications, or if you have some tab open in a web browser, so I would recommend that you restart your device in safe mode and see if you can see these ads when downloaded applications are temporarily disabled.

Click on ad and see which app opens

.. it will be the app you will need to uninstall for getting rid of ads..if you can not identify that app then after clicking on ad click on square ⬜ button (this shows recent apps) and than name of app be clearly visible.. 

Generally it be a browser app like uc browser..
