Hi @Answer, I'm so sorry to hear about that.
It sounds very peculiar to me, do you recall if you have always been experiencing this behaviour or if it began after something specific? Examples are after a software update, after downloading an app or after switching SIM cards; does anything come to mind?
As a first step it is always a good idea to make sure that no third party apps are interfering with the call feature. Therefore, could you try to see if the same occurs while in safe mode?
If the behaviour is present during every incoming- and active call, do you have the possibility to see if you have a friend, family member or colleague which could lend you their SIM testing purposes? This way, you could see if the behaviour is related to your specific SIM/and or operator.
I recommend that you start off by trying my suggestions above, and make sure to let me know how it went!
i faced some same calling problem : when i call somebody after 1 minutes or two , i can't hear my contact voice , its not happend all the time but i didn't face this issue in 2G networks but some times happened when i call somebody when device is on 3G networks even on powerfull signals of netwok
Sorry, dont tell that you know nothing aboit that bug. I can bring in here at least 5 more people experiencing that issue RANDOMLY. Your safe mode solution sounds rediculous cos a) you cant use safe mode all the time b) it happens RANDOMLY and you cant even show/reproduce it in service center. It is so nice to answer on important call talking in upper mic trying to listen a dynamic, simultaniously. Xperia f3212. And you proposing a safe mode? You still not aware of that BUG and do not fixing it? Sorry, I tyred of Sony forever. If I will be able to push it back to your's reps ASAP IT GONNA BE SO GOOD!!. Rather listen your's "did you triyed a safe mode?" instead of finding some dev and fix fix fix numerous bugs.

I would like to forward this internally for investigation from my side, but in order to do so I would need some information. If one of you got the time, could you be so kind to provide me with the following:
Phone model (Settings > About phone > Phone model):
IMEI (Settings > About phone > Status > IMEI):
Build number (Settings > About phone > Build number):

How to replicate the behaviour:
In addition to the above, I would need an attached bug report taken after it occurs. To create a bug report, do the following:
- Go to Settings > About phone > Build number, tap 7 times on the build number until it says that you're a developer
- Go back to Settings and select Developer options and turn on "USB debugging"
- Now wait for the behaviour to occur during a call, and then right after go to Settings > Developer options, select "Take bug report".
When the report is done, you'll get a notification that you can tap and then choose to share it to Google Drive.
If one of you could provide me with the above information (and link to the bug report) in a Private message here on the forum so that I can forward it internally I would be really thankful!
Sorry but why you request that info? I have about 10 different unfixed SOTWARE bugs with my phone, starting from microphone and finishing touch screen missbehaviour which happen RANDOMLY. Your Local "Service" Center was not educated enough to even find those random bugs during the whole week as I wrote them down by points in the "service" form, with writing to me back just "not found". I even recorded the micropone bug from the line, and I already spent my time and provied your blind "service" center with that file and pointed in the "service" form all obvious bugs very clear - and guess what? They said - ouuughh, we just erased it, as we usually erase all phones right on arrival... I have these f3212 during one month - I see how buggy your crap is - I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT YOUR "TESTERS" DO THEIR JOB AS REQUIED. I knew 4-5 other owners who suffring of THE SAME bugs as me. I already wasted 1 month registering your crap bugs - should I waste 2 more, by becoming a developer (instead of my own life) having fun with registering and catching numerous bugs because of sony hired bad team of testers and devs ? And after that you may fix it two more months - I just whant to get my money back urgently! Solve your toubles prior of product roll out next time - I paid 400usd for ... unusable piece of crap, stpd lamer clerks from the local "support", as well as bind "service" center.

The reason that I ask for one affected user to provide me with some more information is so that I can forward it internally for further investigation. It is very unfortunate when you experience behaviour like this, so of course both me and the rest of the team take it very seriously and want to analyze the root cause and see if action needs to be taken.
It is very unfortunate to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service routines, I strongly recommend that you get in touch with your Local support in order to raise your concern. I would follow up on this if I could and answer you, but I am afraid that even though I work Globally, I am based in the Nordics so I am not familiar with the service guidelines in your local market. This is where your local team can assist you further since they are well informed on local service routines, warranty terms and consumer laws.
If you experience other behaviour which you would like to be assisted with for your device, please create a new thread if it is not related to this specific topic and me and other users will do our best to reply to you.
So if you really whant to investigate these bug, 2 hours ago I appliyed to mine Local "Service" Center AGAIN (so your now will be able to refund my purchase and investigate that bug and touch screen bugs for f3212 and GPS + playing music in headphones simultaniously bug and usb bug and etc ). Tommorow I'll meed service enginier and personally will plug into his ears the headphones playing the recorded audio from my phone line (where that bug sounds very clear). All you need is to request from your Service Center (I will help you with their local email office@kenfordbel.by) my affected unit and to use your corporate mail or whatever you use to get it in your devs location. (and please, be sure if they will refuse me AGAIN, I will try my best with decreasing your sails volume and brand reputation - via numerous web forums, ratings etc. At least I alredy started very good in locall scale. Then more you holding me with buggy phone then less sails you ll get).
I understand your concern, however please note that service centers are not in charge of any software development which is why they can't investigate a bug report as the one I requested in my previous post. I am not able to follow up on local service cases in order to get an update on your repair I'm afraid, for assistance with local cases I kindly advice you to get in touch with your Local support. If you wish to have your device refunded or something similar, please get in touch with your retailer and local team.
