After answering a call the other side doesn't hear me

I have sony xperia xa with the following problems :
1 . When I answer a call the other side doesn't hear me during the first few (3-4) seconds ;
2. My phone begins to ring after the third, almost the fourth signal in the receiver of those who is calling me. i. e. if someone decide to be short of ringing I would never know that he called me

Frequently facing an issue during a call. Call audio volume dropping down slowly in middle of the call and not able to the hear after some time. So I have to disconnect the call and dial them again.. Brought this mobile last week only.. Took my mobile to Sony service center for 3 times within last one week and they did software reinstall but still facing this issue and annoying

You could test the device in >>> safe mode but it'll be wise to get it inspected once more.

This has happened many times. I can hear the callers just fine but the callers barely can hear me. They always complain about it. Is there a software fix? TIA.

I have the same issue, ie after some time between 20s - 5 minutes i don't hear the other side.

The other side hears me though. Strangely enough this only happens with my wife. I have an XA and she a z5 compact.

Many of the times during ongoing call I cannot hear anything from opposite side. Then I want to make new call for continuing conversations. Very frustrating.

Well... Let me join the group of unsatisfied Sony XA owners.... Mine does the same thing. And I find it hard to believe that Sony didn't resolve that issue yet!!! Shame on you guys... The big name is what left of you... Samsung and LG will end you, if you continue like this..

Bought Xperia xa two weeks ago and I confirm similar problems whenever I call and receive a call, it's totally random, if I have learned this probkem earlier, I would not have bought this, hope you do sonething about this in your nougat update, when and if it comes
