Calls not coming through

My phone is not receiving phone calls or text messages even though I have full signal, what could be wrong?

what network type are you on?

can you check if you can receive calls and sms when you are on 2g or 3g?

settings>more>mobile networks>network type

make sure your apn settings are right , contact your network provider
