Device adminstrators in xperia ax ultra

After I upgraded my Xperia xa ultra to Android 7.0, I can not install any applications....or in other words I can say I can not update my applications from any store....after I download the application I can not touch the install button....it doesnt work....I can not control my phones device administrators....any body can help me?

Does your phone has enough free internal storage ?

Yes... About 3 gigabyte

I can see error number 506 after downloading the application 

But for your other part the question

I turned of all the development settings
