Error Message: YouTube has Stopped

Since installing the 7.0 upgrade, I regularly get this error message.  I did some online research and the solution suggested is to clear out the application (YouTube) cache.  This isn't working and I still get this message, even when II don't have YouTube open.

Hi @NealR,

Sorry to hear you are having these issues since updating your phone.

I would suggest going to settings > apps > YouTube > storage > clear data

Once you have done that go back to the previous menu and and tap on "Force Stop" then "OK"

When you have done the above, restart the phone and see if you can then open YouTube without any error messages.

If you still have issues, let me know Slightly_smiling_Face
