Facebook notifications not working

I have Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra and no numbers showing on icon for new notifications... It is really pity.

Phone notifications are ON, PUSH notifications are ON on Facebook, I clear the cache memory...

I did all the steps described on online guides.

My device has the lates available system updates.... BUT NOTHING.

Could You please help me?

What I should do?

Well besides uninstalling the app and reinstalling it I don't know what to tell you. What I do in this case is use a custom launcher like Nova Launcher that allows you to have that type of notification enabled. so you can try either or but at this point it's anyone's guess unless there's just a glitch.
