Dear CEO two months back we bought a Sony xperia XA for my daughter from Philipines (she is studiying in philipines). But from the same day itself it seems faulty (over heat, and less battery backup). then she contact the shop where she bought the mobile and the shopowner told contact any sony xperia service center , and if they agree the device is faulty, then only he can do anything. As per this advice she contacted a sony service center at Philipines and they told the product is not faulty, (she doesnt have other phone and not get a chance to prove the device is faulty). Then she went to India for her two months vaccation and then we contact a sony service center at our regional place. They said they are not attend the job with or without warranty ,because the product is purchased from another country. Now forcefully and half mind she bought a viva mobile phone. But she is very fond of sony xperia and she is not able to go out to findout a sony service center at Philipines , without anybodys help. In their dormitory , not allowed to go outside after 8pm and whole time she is busy with her studies, and only on sundays she is getting leave, but sundays are holidays for sony xperia service centers. such a situation, what we have to do is forget the sony xperia and suffer the loss. But i am begging you to please arrange a service (even paid) in India (she is now at Kerala for her vaccation and go back to Philipines after two weeks).(The Sony service centre is very near to us and please send a mail to them to attend this matter very kindfully and take this job. Because she is very fond of Sony xperia and now because of your internatioanl warranty policy, she is suffering the loss. So, please please look to this matter and hope you are taking a helpful decision.
I'm sorry to hear about this issue, but the warranty is only valid in the country/region were you bought the phone.
