Hi @Ash131 & @Laxman12345, welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear you are having this issue

In this situation the first thing I suggest is to restart your handset, then, if possible, try another SD card and see if the same thing happens.

You can also test your phones in safe mode just in case there's a third party app causing a conflict.
