Hey habe genau das gleiche Problem. Habe einen Test gemacht und es geht nicht. Dann zu Sony eingeschickt  Angeblich kein Hardware Fehler zu finden. Habe schon alles versucht. 

Hey have exactly the same problem. Have a test and it does not work. Then sent to Sony Allegedly no hardware error to find. I already tried everything.

Have you tried the microphone in the inbuilt test in the device? If you haven't done that, please do. The test can be found in Settings > Support > Tests > Microphone.

Do I understand correctly that the device has been sent to service, but they did not find any fault with the microphone and the device was returned to you? If that is correct, please do the microphone test in Settings > Support > Tests > Microphone.

Good Morning ,tanken You for your answer. Yes you understand right. The device was sent to Sony but they dident find a faund. Ich have made the test and the microphone works really quit. I dont hear it. I have made another test *#*#7378423#*#*  the same Thing  Really quit

Hi again @Suzanna1973, sorry for the late reply.

Do you perhaps have a case on your device? If you do, try removing it so it's not blocking the microphone. You can also try restarting your device in safe mode, too make sure that no downloaded application is the cause of this.

When the device has been restarted in safe mode, do the same microphone test again.
